Standard Suraromu Rules

This puzzle consists of two overlapping grids, each of which follows standard Killer Sudoku Rules. Additionally, no two cells a knight’s move [2,1] away from each other can have the same value.
This puzzle from the archive was designed in June 2006.

1. Standard Killer Sudoku Rules apply.
2. The numbers along the diagonals must be 1-9 exclusive.
3. Colored regions refer to Extra Groups, which must also be 1-9 exclusive.
Here is the first honeycomb puzzle I designed as a proof of concept, before aesthetics were considered.
